Talked to a representative at a career fair, they were super friendly and convinced me to apply. After applying, got a follow-up email within 2 weeks for an in-person interview. The in-person interview was super relaxed and easy, mainly behavioral questions. Most questions focused on your resume, your projects, and your previous projects. Alaska puts tons of emphasis on teamwork, so make sure you can answer questions about previous group projects and leadership roles. Just don't be weird and you'll make it!
