The process was basically: describe the job functions, ask about my experience with the specific equipment used, tour the facility, and finishing with a chance for me to add anything additional I bring to the table. The interview did feel less accepted than I'd consider standard, but being a smaller company it's to be expected to be a little less organized. I was quite impressed with all the efforts that were being made towards upgrades throughout the facility though and I felt like this would be a company where I could have used and grown my skills.
