First there was an initial interview with 1-3 people. Then I was called in for a second interview where I got to chat with some more employees one-to-one, before having to complete an example task related to my job in one hour. The interview style is very conversational and friendly. It's not confronting or harsh like some other interviews I've been to. However, the interviews can take a long time (up to 3 hours) so be prepared for that.
