I went through four rounds of interviews, including the hiring manager and adjacent team members, which were friendly and informative. The team is fairly new, which made for interesting discussions on immediate vision and execution. Though at the time of offer, I was ghosted, even after follow-up. It left a bad taste in my mouth.
