Online video call with hiring manager. Oddly too casual IMO. No response for couple weeks after very good interview. I had to attempt multiple contacts with hiring manager When they finally responded, they said "we are a small company and probably can't afford your experience..." - would have been nice if they were honest about that from the start and avoided wasting my time. Seems like they're inexperienced, don't really know what they want and/or are just unprofessional.
