3 step process. 30 minute initial interview with Engineering Manager, with a mix of technical and behaviour questions. Take home technical test with follow up interview to discuss test and deeper technical knowledge questions. Final interview with one of the companies directors. Non technical, purely behavioural and personality based. Overall process was less than 2 weeks.

During the interview we have just talked with various people from Aibidia's side about things related to the job, and all of these people gave an impression of polite, respectful and very positive individuals. The process was surprisingly fast What's even more surprising is that I was given feedback on my performance multiple times through the process - which I find very beneficial and such a good practice to have The test task is a little bit of on the heavier side than I wanted (by the amount of time you need to spend to get it good), but it's a real task that checks actually relevant technical skills, so I'll always take it instead of random Leetcode challenges. Overall, a very positive experience that I enjoyed at every step
