I received a phone call after I submitted my resume online- Dave Loken who is the Ops Manager said he would like for me to come in for a interview which I agreed to. I arrived at the interview in a suit and Dave and VP met me wearing shorts, flip flops and t shirts (was a red flag as to how things were run) we spoke for about 45 minutes were they offered me the position on the spot.
