The interview was online and about 30 min long. Overall, the person I talked with was very nice and the questions of rather technical nature. However, I did not hear back from Agilent for weeks and decided to contact the interviewer myself, almost 2 months after the interview took place - This happened weeks ago and I am still waiting for a reply.

Had a phone interview scheduled, but company never called. I emailed the recruiter who waited several days to email me back saying there were “technical difficulties” and asked to reschedule. Sure, no problem. Rescheduled and had the interview with someone who did not seem to even know what he was interviewing me for. The interview itself was extremely basic and when I had questions about the company he blatantly stated he did not know the answer. Ok, fine. He said he was impressed with my answers to his mediocre questions and would forward my application package to the hiring manager. I did not hear anything for 5 days, so I emailed the recruiter again. No response. Please stop wasting peoples’ time. If I’m not a fit, ok, tell me.
