      When the recruiter rudely urged me to have the second interview immediately. I was irritated and hesitated. The overall interviews were not bad but, I could feel that they usually do overtime work and ask others to do so too. My final interview finished at 6 pm. The moment that interviewer is finishing the interview, she asked me to finish the assignment by the same day midnight. IT WAS SUCH A POOR ASSIGNMENT THAT I'VE EVER TAKEN. what I received were language and situational questions. but the English grammar was incorrect and situations were not properly described. and the most terrible thing about this interview process is the talking way of the recruiter and team leader.

      Recruiter reached out and arranged a F2F interview within a week. 2 interviewers attended the interview. One was professional and pleasant, however, the other interviewer seemed she was having a bad day. She didn’t greet me or introduce herself and frequently frowned or reacted skeptically to my responses throughout the conversation. When I asked whether the role was a replacement or expansion position, as I had noticed the same job posting appearing every few months, her response was, “why does it matter?” The overall experience felt unprofessional, and I informed the recruiter immediately after the interview that I wished to withdraw my application. It has been a few months since then, and I have noticed the role is being advertised again. That only reinforces my belief that withdrawing my application was the right decision.

      Interview was 1.5 hours long. Interviewer asked a lot of questions and set scenarios which required quite some thinking but not overly difficult. However, no follow-up on outcome despite texting and emailing the HR which I felt was quite unprofessional.
