I spoke very briefly with a company representative at my college career fair and had a technical interview the next day. The questions were fairly basic, but can be intimidating if you're not prepared. I thought it went fair but not fantastic, but I still received a phone interview that consisted of mostly discussing the position and expectations of each other. Following that I have an onsite interview scheduled in a few weeks which I hope will be the final step and I will receive an offer.
