The team gave me a tour of the facilities and asked to to think of anything I would do differently (in terms of organization, storage, presentation, etc). They also asked me why I was moving on from my previous position, and, after giving me a breakdown of the routine operations (with some emphasis on the more difficult aspects of the job) asked if the position was something I was interested in diving into.
