First he was late for a video conference, and proceeded to speak about our interests and how he’s moving to California. I could tell he’s looking for someone with lesser experience and would not interfere with his transition. This position has been and is still open for months. Recruiters maybe you should look at who is in middle management roles and see why they’re not hiring.
