      I had a generally positive interview experience with **Adyen**, even though I did not progress through all stages of the process. The interview process was explained as having five to six stages. I completed the first three: an initial interview with HR, a discussion with a fellow manager/team lead, and a case study. While I did not move forward to the final stages, the process up to that point was well structured. The HR stage stood out in particular. The recruiter was extremely supportive and helpful throughout the process, clearly explaining each step, following up promptly, and making the experience feel transparent and respectful. Overall, despite not reaching the end of the interview process, the experience was professional, and the strong support from HR made a positive impression. The HR stage stood out the most. The subsequent interviews with the team and the case study were structured and relevant to the role, giving a good sense of expectations and real-world scenarios.
