Got a link to answer 10 questions about general things..like what was a book you read recently, what was the project you were in.. things like that. But I have to answer it quite detaily.. After that I got a email to schedule a phone interview.. with 5 pages of company introduction. In actually interview with HR.. she asked about the company value so deeply and seriously .... Like how I can contribute with my profession for that.... So tired of the process. I don't think they want a person who is a junior.
