Entrevista
The interview process was very smooth. The recruiter was highly responsive and supportive throughout, which made the experience even better. My conversations with the team and the CTO were insightful and gave me a clear picture of what it's like to work at Adverity - both in terms of culture and technical expectations. The entire process felt warm, transparent, and centered around real, practical skills rather than abstract theory. It was a genuinely positive experience.

Pregunta 1
Since I come from a Tech Lead background, they asked several hands-on technical questions - mainly around system design, architecture choices, and how I’ve led engineering teams while remaining deeply involved in the codebase. They were interested in how I apply technical leadership in real-world scenarios and maintain a balance between strategy and execution.
Smooth process with usually meaningful questions (with some small exceptions). Fast answer and flexible process and salary depending on experience. Task to do in homework similar to what we do in company

The take-home task was to implement a Django application consisting of some simple HTTP endpoints ( I won't go in details to avoid revealing it).
An interesting task, but very time-consuming.
After spending more than 8 hours (stated in the interview process) implementing the task, I received a reply two weeks after, that they weren't not going to proceed.
If you require from the candidates to spend so much time implementing something, at least schedule a meeting to review the task together and give the opportunity to the candidate to explain it so that you have the whole picture and also provide feedback.
Also, provide a boilerplate/starter repository for the candidate to start, so that he won't have to build everything from scratch.
Otherwise, you might be missing good candidates that don't want to spend too much (unpaid) time on a task.
