      Solicité el puesto a través de la recomendación de un empleado. Acudí a una entrevista en AdventHealth Corporate (Orlando, FL) en ene 2020

      Entrevista

      After the final interview i was told by the Recruiter that I would have an answer by the end of the week. I eventually waited a total of 3 weeks. The day i asked for the update the Recruiter didnt respond to the email. Instead he decided to call and not leave a voicemail. I called back and he did not pick up. 10 minutes later i got a very impersonal email stating i did not receive the job. I never heard from the Recruiter again. Super unprofessional. For a highly respected faith based corporation, this was handled very poorly and cruel. A recruiter should call and leave a voicemail and answer the candidate to discuss the reasons for not being hired instead of dialing, hanging up. and ghosting.

      Started with a typical phone screening. Was invited on-site for a interview. Interview went well and was invited to come back the next day for an hour long shadowing session. After 3.5 weeks the recruiter returned my call to tell me I wasn't selected. I asked for feedback and all I was given was I wasn't selected due to not having any nurse recruiting experience. No other feedback was given. This was disappointing as it was known up front during my initial phone screening that I had no experience recruiting nurses. I'm not sure why I was invited in for a hour long interview and over a hour long shadowing session if I was never going to be considered. Seemed like a very unorganized process. It should not have taken 3.5 weeks to get such basic and generic feedback.
