At first the HR will send you an email to schedule an interview.
When I arrived there, the HR will lead you to a comfortable room and bring you a paper with C or PHP questions(it depends on your own choice)and then leave you alone there until you finish all the questions on paper.

One phone interview: it was basic hr.. resume questions about your internships and projects.. describe best project.. what was the worst error that you faced..
Onsite technical exam: few multiple choice questions from html, sql, javascript and then one html question to create a table and then one java question to create a priority queue.
Another onsite visit when I met with two guys who asked me a whole lot of behavioral and technical questions.. mostly behavioral..
