The person was late and usually not bother when it happens, I’m sure anyone would like a bit of grace when being late. However the disrespect was immense. When we started the women asked if I rolled my eyes ? And I was like what? I was just checking my cat wouldn’t throw my water bottle ( I didn’t say that and I just apologized). However after she said: I can tell you don’t have much experience interviewing. I WAS FLABBERGASTED, she kept interrupting me, she was definitely not an active listener. Very condescending person and at times would congratulate me of my experience on my different projects but still not being good enough?? Nothing that was said to study was asked and is funny a person that makes remarks of other professionalism can’t even come in time for an interview.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with one of the recruiters regarding a Goldman Sachs onsite position. She arrived late, spoke to me in a demeaning manner, and rushed through the conversation because she had another meeting. What was supposed to be a 30-minute interview was abruptly cut to 15 minutes. This lack of professionalism and respect for candidates’ time is unacceptable. Please ensure recruiters are punctual, respectful, and fully present during interviews to create a better experience for candidates.
