Very structured, yet friendly. There were approximately 6 Executives interviewing me; each asking a variety of questions. I walked in feeling nervous, but felt comfortable as the interview progressed. After the initial interview, I was asked to come back in for a second interview with another Executive, whom I had not met at the initial interview. Again, I felt very relaxed.
