Easy interview. Met with site director and his mother (she is also an ACT employee). It later became apparent why the mother was there as he wasn't capable making a decision on his own. The questions were pretty basic for the interview. The hiring process was easy.

Non-existent, they had applicants perform tests that answers and unlimited time were given to. No drug test, and place actually had a firing freeze whereby no employee could be terminated regardless of action or performance. Senior management routinely asked us to modify and adulterate performance of agents to reflect better performance than was actually the case.
