Solicité el puesto a través de un captador. El proceso duró 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Adobe (San Francisco, CA) en sept 2017
Entrevista
Overall the interview process seemed disorganized. I was emailed a "tentative" onsite interview time and date and was told it will be confirmed by the next week.
When the onsite interview finally came, I had to literally send mail after mail to confirm and get hold of the "Talent Coordinator". She finally sent me a confirmation and schedule late night 10PM with details for people who I would be interviewing the next morning at 8AM.
I had many HR/Company related questions but there was no HR interview scheduled....so I had to ask those to other people interviewing me. I had a good experience with all the people who interviewed and was positive, I would receive the offer....only to my surprise....that team decided to pass on to another candidate.
Each round lasted around 1 hour and the interviewers were knowledgeable and respectful. In some rounds, I was asked to share past experiences and explain how I handled certain challenges. T
The final round was with a hiring manager or senior leader, mainly to assess team fit and alignment with company values. Overall, the process took about [total time duration 2-3 weeks, and communication was consistent throughout.

Interview process is to evaluate basic understanding but in deep level.
They are not there to trick you but to understand more about your understanding on any particular skillset.
Although you can have multiple rounds and difficulty level depends on the position you are applying for.

Entrevista
Four, in the end, five rounds of 30-minute interviews. In each interview, I had to give a rundown of my CV. It was confusing that the first two interviewers did not have my CV, and it took the first couple of minutes to share my CV.
Cause of this, they asked me to have an additional round, where I had to introduce myself again.
Throughout the whole process, no real technical questions were asked. (i.e. no coding challenges, no take at home, nothing).
After some time I received an email stating: "Adobe has decided to close this role based on changing business priorities and related staffing needs. As such, we are unfortunately no longer hiring for this position."
What a time waste.
