Hello! Thank you so much for the feedback! We have updated our job ads to indicate where new team member's training will take place and an estimate of time. For some of our positions like CSR at our South Bay location in Los Gatos, a team member may be by themselves at the front desk. We want to make sure you are totally comfortable in your position before you take on that role. Many of us have been thrown into positions in our lives, and yes we all survived, but it can be super nerve wracking and will make you sweat bullets! We are hoping to prevent that with 3-12 months of training for this position in Los Altos where a whole team is ready to help and support you while you are learning.
