Technically driven, severely lacked any questions around whether applicant would be a good fit socially or culturally.
You first have to speak with a recruiter over the phone, who asks a number of questions and asks you to rate your familiarity with specific topics. The recruiter was pleasant but since they are not technical they could not immediately set expectations for the role.
Both phone and in-person interviews with Adlib focused heavily around what the applicant could memorize, or could answer off the top of their heads. More focus needs to be taken to discover whether or not the applicant is a good fit culturally, which was not the case.
I do not recall a single question asked of me, outside of why I had applied for a role at Adlib.
