      Solicité el puesto a través de un captador. Acudí a una entrevista en Adecco Group (Praga) en ene 2021

      Fully unprofessional approach. I even do not recommend to be ınterviewed for the Engineering positions at least. But it is up to you to taste :) For me: I was contacted by an outsourcing-recruiter. After 2 weeks, I was contacted by the outsourcing recruiter and rejected since my expertise on CV was not enough according to the manager. And then, after 3 weeks, I was contacted by Adecco HR that the manager wants to have an interview with me. Here the story starts... First, the Adecco HR and me were in the meeting and she told me the manager always comes to the interviews 5-10 minutes late, nothing to worry :). Then he came and the HR left us alone. We spoke about very general topics with him which I answered. Then he started to ask me questions/technologies which were not on my CV (By the way, I had already spoke with outsourcing recruiter on the same topics and I explicitly had explained what I know, what are my expectations, etc. Plus, Adecco wants you to fill-in an excel file to rate your expertise per technologies which I had also rated there my expertise). Basically the manager was late, he was not aware what I spoke with the outsourcing HR and he had not checked the Excel file too. He was also very busy and replying some e-mails during the interview. He told me he is very sorry for being in this shape on the interview. I should wait 2-3 days and some technical person might contact me. No one contacted with me and my e-mail to HR after 2 weeks from the interview wasn't replied too. Basically I was lied to somehow finish the interview quickly and left without any clarification. This introduction explains why Adecco Prague has 2-3 points over 5 in Glassdoor. I recommend to be cautious with them.
