Random phone calls throughout the day, asking interview questions, rather than setting up a proper first interview - would catch you off guard, and disturb during work hours of your present job. After speaking to one person, another would call within an hour and repeat the same questions - absolutely weird experience

My interview process was remote, a nice balance between being well-structured but informal enough to make me feel comfortable. It consisted of a preliminary HR chat, followed by 2 rounds of interviews. The whole process took no more than a week and feedback was very speedy!
