The interview process in Adcubum consisted of 3 interview stages. They are generally looking for a good culture fit for them so the interview might take for a couple of months if not longer. Have in mind Adcubum is quite a corporative company without a good sense or feeling for flexibility. If you're not mentally where they need you to be, you will get rejected. If you're looking for a chit-chat, small talk with colleagues, casual environment where you can talk about yourself and about your ambitions, this is not a place for you. They are on the lookout only for serious and mature people with fully professional manners without a glimpse of anything else. It's a full corporate mentality that is not for everyone.
