Informal startup setting. Management was very smart but very casual. Newly developed young team. Got a sense that company direction was not ironed out yet. I created a presentation on where I saw the current stat of the company and where I felt it needed to improve. My presentation was well received and I was asked to come back a second time to present to the team. Overall good interview experience.
