I had a 30 minute phone call with a recruiter. She was very unfriendly and immediately jumped into asking me questions before introducing herself or the company. It seemed like she was just going through the motions without truly getting to know me or listening to my answers. I was pretty taken aback by the whole thing and had a lot higher expectations based on their great reviews. I didn't move on in the process but if they did offer me to, I probably would have declined based on the pretty bad first impression.
