Entrevista
I was contacted by a recruiter from the corporate office who I’ll remain nameless for a video interview request. I chose a time a received a confirmation email. The day of the interview, they were a no show, with no heads up on not being able to do the call or any indication if they had already chosen another candidate. I went ahead and emailed the recruiter because I didn’t have her phone number. To this day I have received no response from her. Very unprofessional and gave off many red flags

3 interviews - 1st was with the HR recruiter, 2nd was with the direct supervisor, 3rd was with the area supervisor. Everyone was kind a professional. Interviews were engaging and provided opportunity for back and forth dialogue. I finished the process feeling confident I had a good grasp of what the position might look like.

The conversation with the recruiter was great, very thorough and informative. Met with RDO, spent maybe 20 minutes with them. It was a very brief interaction, it didn’t really feel like they were genuinely trying to get to know or understand me as an individual and how my experience would truly influence the role, people and the children. While I was very excited for the potential opportunity of this company, I am disappointed in the outcome.

I went through a 3-phase interview process for this role: video call with a recruiter, in-person interview with a current Clinic Operations Manager, and then interviewed with executive management at their Austin headquarters.
It should be noted that the current COM seemed very impressed with my resume, qualifications, and responses/personality, but that the executive management didn't even look at my resume prior to my interview - yet told me (point-blank/to my face) that I "wasn't the type of leader" they were looking for/that I "didn't have leadership qualities".
If they had looked at my resume prior to us meeting (as you are supposed to do before interviewing a candidate), they would have seen I did have leadership qualities/experience - but they hadn't bothered to review it prior to our interview.
After making the statement about their impression of me regarding leadership qualities, one of the executive management members stood up and said he needed to leave the interview early - and then left. The other member stayed but seemed disinterested, so we wrapped up the interview.
I have been involved in the hiring process in previous roles, and have interviewed many candidates before - and while I and my other executive management leaders might have realized a candidate wasn't the right fit for us, we would have never treated them this way in an interview/to their face. I was shocked by their rudeness.
Ultimately I did not get offered the position - but after the interview with executive management, I would not have taken it even if they had offered it to me.
The company also recently switched their name on Glassdoor as well (they tweaked their name slightly) in order to "start over" on their track record - because they started to rack up a lot of poor reviews from current and previous employees. Be aware of this as a potential interviewee... because if a company is doing well/being transparent, they won't try to dodge honest reviews.

They asked me to role play with them where I needed to respond to an upset team member (in my hypothetical role as a COM) in regards to why the team member was not receiving a bonus/raise.
They also asked me to describe a time where I was able to overcome a moment of conflict with a team member in a previous professional role.
