I was first contacted by an external recruiter and asked a set of questions for make sure I had experience for the role. I then was invited for an in person stage in which I was asked high level questions. I was told there would have been another in person stage in case I would be brought forward and that I would be notified in a couple of days of the outcome. It took about 4 weeks instead, and I didn't receive any feedback, just a notification that I would not be brought forward.
