I walked in the day after I was called and it was fairly easy. All he(the store director) needed was identification and my social security to make sure I was a US citizen. He also pretty much just asked about my availability and was instantly hired.

in-person, scheduled via phone and done after i came to the store to meet the manager, timely, professional, no problems, pretty standard interview process as far as my experience has shown
