1 - Written Application 2 - Skype Interview 3 - Programming Assessment The interview was great, I've met the founders a few times over the years so had a casual edge to an otherwise serious conversation. They were keen to know that I was driven and hungry for personal development, my recent work was called into light and I demonstrated various aspects of my projects over a screenshare. The Assessment was a 3-hour programming challenge - they wanted to see my skills laid bare, reviewing my code quality and general approach. Ultimately I didn't "finish" my work, after a couple of hours I encountered a few blocking issues (mostly scope related) and so actually submitted a video outlining what I planned to do, questions I had, and a few ideas of how to progress the challenge. I believe they liked that open video.
