The interview process went Very smoothly. I felt that as if I had walked into a class meeting with my professor. the manager asked good questions based on experience, especially in dealing with customers and handling/resolving issues with customers.

Initial resume Screening. Virtual interview and final meeting with hiring manager. There is also a questionnaire to assess job related skills..it all took less than two weeks from application to be hired
