I showed up at the Shop in Downtown Kissimmee and asked if they were hiring. The Owner appeared, asked me a bit about my personality, how old I was (you have to be at least 18), and what I was doing in school. Then he gave me a date and time to come back for an actual interview. I showed up, the questions he asked were purely behavioral. He also asked basic question like past work experience and more about my plans for the future and things of that nature. Then he brought me in on another day for some training. He said if I did well on the training then he would think about putting me on the schedule to work a couple hours of week, and then slowly increase the hours as my performance improved.
