I went into the store and the manager recruited me and gave me a recruitment card. I applied in-store at their computer and came back on a Tuesday for an interview. The interview was fairly short and they ask you to dress in the "abercrombie" look which means, fairly natural makeup, jeans, a pretty top - really anything consistent with abercrombie style. It was a group interview except the other interviewees didn't meet the age requirements so I got to be interviewed by myself. The questions included things on diversity and the abercrombie brand. Maybe one or two weeks later, the manager called me and offered me a position as a model.
