Started with a 20 minute phone Screen with the district manager. He was very nice and followed up quickly. Second interview was 1 hour long. 45 minutes of questions from two District managers, a 10 minute slot for me to ask questions and then ended with a 5 minute presentation about why I am the best candidate for the position. Very thoughtful and compassionate people.
