HR manager contacted me on Linkedin, and asked if I'd be interested in the role. They had 4-5 step interview process. 1st step was an interview with the HR, 2nd interview with managers, 3rd meeting the team and 4th referrals. They said that they might ask a design task as well. I only made it to the interview with HR. The interview was really professional with good quality questions about my work process and how I would approach different situations. Based on the interview, it sounded that they are looking for a creative director more than a senior designer.
