I joined during the pandemic, so everything was done virtually. There will basically be the HR, the Division who are relevant to the position that you're applying to, and your-might-be-future boss(es).
Interview will be in the form of asking questions. They will ask your knowledge on ASEAN trivia just for you to loosen up (at least in my case).

Hard, panellist are smart and they ask u many substantivr questions. They were critical as well, they would make follow up questions that are unpredictable. The kind of interview that woukd make u doubt urself
