Two stage interview. First stage was a technical question and answer session which I aced. The second stage they started asking stupid non technical questions which I could not relate to as I do not know how they do things in that organisation

There are 3 stage interview process. Team lead gives explanation about the interview stages very clearly in the beginning. Simple and easy technical questions. I hope they are expecting people ranging from 2 to 6 years experience. you can expect basic c#, multithreading questions. 1st stage they will explain about their company and process and expects you to raise questions based on their explanations. 2nd stage would be 2 hr. technical and coding interview. 3rd stage is competitive questions.
