I was contacted by a recruiter. A phone interview was set up a few days later. I passed the phone interview and had an in person interview the next week. I was hired that day to start the following Monday. The phone interview was technical questions and scenario situations. They asked how I would handle certain problems and also asked about my history and experience. It was a very simple interview. For the in person interview they got more in depth with everything. They know what they are looking for. If you fit the bill the interview is lengthy but good. If you dont, from what I understand they cut it short. So you will know.
