Extremely poor process overall. The recruiter scheduled an interview time, and then she no-showed the first interview. After I reached out to reschedule, we had the interview, and she spent so much time talking about the company's history and executives that she didn't ask any questions until the 50 minute mark for the interview. She also acted somewhat unprofessional and indignant that people would change jobs often for better opportunities (she seemed upset that non-compete clauses are falling out of favor). The interview itself took 1 hr 15 minutes; it was only scheduled for 45 minutes. Don't apply here, they're more than happy to waste your time with their hiring process.
