Disorganized is the best way to put it. A phone call with their Talent Acquisition. TA wasn’t sure of the interview steps but arranged a video call with the hiring manager for 2 weeks out. The interview was usual stuff but the hiring manager was also wasn’t sure of next steps. I never heard back from the company. But I would have declined the role anyways since the company & streaming services are struggling, leading to questionable job security. And the pay was significantly below market rate even though you must go in the office.
