Normal interview. They first call to make sure your work availability is good, and to confirm your information. If you can manage that, they will setup an interview in person. This in person interview is semi-formal, where you'll sit down with a manager and they'll answer certain questions where you need to give a response to a certain situation. They will make you try and sell the AMC Membership to them, so make sure you brush up on all the details and selling points. They will tell you that they'll call if you're going to be here.
