Recruiter call then a panel with manager and VP. The process was fairly smooth but after scheduling for the onsite I was directed to HR for further communication. The interviewers were nice and i ended up following up after 2 weeks with no response and got ghosted. A company that ghosts candidates especially after final round is a huge red flag.

Entrevista
The interview process left more questions than answers. Questions on specific benefit details were dismissed. I should have listened to my gut feeling that sales positions have high turnover. Actually, I describe the interview as the first 30 days of employment. More like a working interview to see if you like the job and they like you. If you have a current client list or do well with cold calls then you will do well.
