Besides interview they put you to do a “physical test” that is exausting and no warranties to hire you if you fail it and they not giving you even a pair of gloves to protect your hands…
1. Online application – submitted through their careers site, often with a short screening/assessment.
2. Video interview – you may be requested to participate in a pre-recorded video interview prior to a first-round interview , usually 3–6 questions with a short prep time and 1–2 minutes to answer each.
3. Phone or in-person screening – a recruiter will schedule a phone and/or in-person interview .

Basic competency tests for English and numeracy. Tour of the warehouse. Interview seemed like he didn’t want to be there and even said these interviews take place all the time which in itself is concerning.
