Met them at a career fair. Talked with an software engineer about Akuna capital and the dev team. Got an email next week -> Started with a coding challenge, followed by a phone interview & Final interview. Everything was mainly focused on Python since I used Python in the coding challenge on hackerrank.

Got a hackerrank challenge to solve a question in c++ in 3 days time. I spent lot of time to solve it. Was able to pass all tests. But I got reject saying my experience does not match their experience. Although it is a junior role. My issue is they should not have asked me to take the test if my experience does not match since this challenge was a project not a 1 hour leetcode type of question.

1. Online hackerrank problem, not leetcode style, more like a simulation problem, difficulty: medium;
2. 4 rounds technical interview, focus on: C++(STL, low-level optimization, etc), networking;
3. Final round with HR and CTO, behaviour questions.
