Entrevista
I submitted a resume late one evening and got a reply phone call about 8 the next morning! They respond quickly to qualified candidates. After a longer-than-average phone screen, they asked me in for an in-person interview. I interviewed with two managers (together) and believed I handled the whole process very well. They told me the next step would be to have me back for a skills test (which they assured me would be tough; I said no problem). At that point, they dropped me. There was no call or email, no follow-up at all. I got busy with other things and didn't inquire why they never followed up. Later on, one of their senior tutors told me that most likely I was too old for them (I'm well past 40) as most of their people were in early 30s or younger.

How would I deal with a disruptive (e.g. talking on phone, etc.) student in a small class setting?
Just a few questions asking your past experience. Easy and chill. In person. They have many offices in the Bay Area. I came to one of them. After this, they will send you an email to schedule the exams.

I had a very pleasant conversation with one of the directors and did a take-home, closed note assessment. This was a 1-hour Zoom meeting and it was the only interview I was required to do.

Applied online, got a quick phone call (~15 min). Scheduled a meeting with a manager, had a ~30 minute interview, fairly straightforward with a few questions about what I would do in certain scenarios.
