Very smooth application, regular contact with HR and Direct Manager throughout the process. 4 stages to the application process, initial call with HR, mock discovery call with VP, interview with CEO/Direct Manager then a final on-site interview.

The interview process was very fast and straightforward with four steps: a recruiter call, a chat with the hiring manager, a case study, and then a culture fit interview. I always knew what was coming next and got the feedback immediately. Every step felt organized and consistent, which made me think they probably use scorecards - it gave me the sense that they’re serious about keeping the process fair and objective.
