I applied online and I received an email to schedule a time to have a phone interview. I prepared for it and was really excited! I was waiting for 45 minutes for the call and II even tried calling them. No answer. I then emailed the recruiter who had been emailing me back and forth and confirming the phone interview day and time, and she never answered mty emails back. It was really unprofessional. It's okay because it showed me how their HR department works so I lucked out!
