They call candidate for interviews only. I told my expectations before coming for an interview and they said ok. I got selected after 2 technical rounds. HR also not mentioned any concerns about my expectations as it was negotiable and said they will get back after 2 days. Then not a single call from company as well as recruitment agency. Complete waste of time. Everyone has to give written test first which is scenario based database and system design related, it is also waste of time for 4+ years experience candidates.
